From these modest beginnings, he built the Bhaishree Group into a diversified conglomerate spanning tea and food manufacturing, textiles, edible oils, printing, education, finance and real estate.

steel. A key leader of the Bhaishree Group, he has successfully guided multiple group enterprises for more than
15 years. He brings strong expertise in business development, relationship management, administration and
finance, supported by a deep understanding of market dynamics.
He serves as Joint Managing Director of Vikram Tea Processor Pvt. Ltd.
, a national retail tea brand with a legacy of over five decades. He is also Designated Partner at Bhaishree
Realty and Bhaishree Petroleum and Director at
Laxmi Cotspin Ltd., J.K. Securities Pvt. Ltd. and Bhadra Maruti Steels Pvt. Ltd. , contributing to
large-scale growth across sectors.

Dr. Makarand Deshpande
is a serial entrepreneur, educationalist and management professional with over two decades of rich, multi-sector
industry experience spanning FMCG, real estate, construction, education, petroleum and telecommunication. He
holds a PhD in Marketing and an MBA from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.

Centre for Professional Studies & Research Pvt. Ltd. , he plays a pivotal role in strategy formulation,

Dr. Pravin D. Somani – Designated Partner, Bhaishree Realty
Dr. Pravin D. Somani
is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of professional experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG and
real estate. He holds an MBA from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and has completed his PhD,
reflecting a strong academic foundation.
He began his career with Lupin Laboratories Ltd. ,where he developed deep expertise in field sales,
perseverance and commitment-driven business practices. He later became a Founder Member and Executive Partner at
Trinity Snacks Pvt. Ltd. In 2008, he initiated the Bhaishree Group’s foray into real estate, leading to
the establishment of Bhaishree Realty, where he is now the pillar for Sales, Operations and Future
Acquisitions.
Beyond business, Dr. Somani is an active crusader for infrastructure development in Chhatrapati
Sambhajinagar. As Founder Member and Vice President of Jhalar Kshetra Vikas Samiti, he has worked closely
with CIDCO and Town Planning authorities on development planning, feasibility models, awareness programs and
progressive reforms such as TDR compensation and market-oriented land valuation. A certified corporate trainer,
he is known for solution-driven leadership and a strong vision for sustainable urban growth.
